The free sample comes back within 24 hours. Most single-shot jobs deliver in 24 to 72 hours, and larger projects usually run 2 to 5 business days. Every project gets a written delivery date when the quote is confirmed, rather than an estimate.

Yes — rush turnaround is available with a surcharge depending on shot complexity and runtime. Mention your deadline in the brief and we will quote accordingly.

You will get a private download link through your project dashboard. Assets stay available for 7 days, and we can extend access on request.

We handle ProRes, DNxHR, H.264/H.265 (MP4/MOV), EXR sequences, and PNG sequences. For very large plates we provide a direct Cloudflare R2 upload link.

Match your input by default — usually ProRes 422 HQ or DNxHR. We can also deliver EXR sequences for compositing pipelines.

We support up to 8K and any frame rate (23.976 through 120 fps). Color space (Rec.709, Log, ACEScg) is preserved end-to-end.
