Terms of Service

1. Services
Fix The Video provides professional video post-production services including but not limited to rig removal, background removal, video cleanup, logo removal, rotoscoping, debanding, reflections removal, color correction, and green screen compositing. All final deliverables are digital video files delivered in industry-standard formats (MP4, MOV, or as agreed upon).
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before final deliverables are released. Samples are provided free of charge (up to 5 frames) with no payment obligation.
3. Delivery
Standard turnaround time is 2–5 business days depending on project complexity, volume, and current workload. Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost. Delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all required source materials.
4. Revisions
One free revision is included per order. Additional revisions will be charged separately based on the scope of changes requested. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
The client retains all rights to submitted footage and final deliverables. Fix The Video does not claim ownership of any client materials. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized before/after samples in our portfolio unless the client explicitly opts out.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fix The Video is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal arbitration.
